Guest relations & front office were fantastic at responding to all of our requests quickly and efficiently. The resort is absolutely beautiful! So clean and very aesthetically pleasing. We couldn’t ask for more. Clean beach, great drinks and tasty food. We had a gorgeous stay!

First of I have to say that the location is great, the views are wonderful BUT the resort is very old, it was opened in 2003 and they didn't renovate the deluxe and superior room, so the rooms are ruins and looks from the stone age and imagine the renovated lobby and restaurants need renovation. the rooms are far from the main building and the sea so you have to go by golf kart and you have to wait for at least 10 minutes for the kart also you have to ask them several times to sent a kart . the open buffet is mini buffet in the dinner and a micro buffet in breakfast and lunch ,but the food is tasty , meanwhile the fruit and sweet were disaster. The service was good so thanks to Zehra in the main restaurant , Cansu in the Godiva patisserie , Tayfur in the people restaurant and Amina in the pool bar . recommended if you care about location ONLY .

A wonderful experience in Bodrum

We have had a wonderful time at the Rixos Premium. The facilities are wonderful, and the beach is great with lovely clear water for swimming. The staff are very friendly and kind. In particular, we’d like to thank Merve and Jakub for the yoga and fly yoga, as well as the rest of the sports club team. Pelin from guest relations, Yunus who helped us arrange our cabana booking and Mohammed and Islam at the People’s Bar were great too. A big thanks to Rixos Bodrum for a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful Stay at Rixos Bodrum

The place is just wonderful. From when you first walk in, to the dining and recreational experiences, the staff is overly friendly and attentive to whatever your needs are. Not the mention that the views from the hotel are just stunning. When you first arrive the staff handles your luggage and check in process for you while you just relax and have drinks. They were very friendly and even offered a free upgrade due to availability at the hotel. When dining, the staff is constantly bring you food and drinks whenever you need. As well, the beach and pool facilities are lovely and staff is always available to bring you whatever you need. This is the first time I’ve tried the all inclusive concept and Rixos has blown me away in their execution. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to come to Bodrum! Special thank you to Cahit and Pelin who were absolutely wonderful to us during our stay!
